The Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis will be a key member of a team and responsible for creating and maintaining an effective financial planning, reporting, and analysis process. You will support the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer and key business stakeholders.

This individual will drive our marketing strategy across stakeholders who include, but are not limited to press and media, influencers and partners at the national and hyper-local level. In order to maximize the conversation about Heyday across touchpoints, this individual will play a critical role influencing and building the key campaign stories, conversations and experiences we should participate in. More specifically, this role will own and drive execution of our campaigns through media, influencer and partner events and experiences at the national and hyper-local level.
COMMUNITY MARKETING SPECIALIST, NEW YORK OR LOS ANGELES
Heyday is seeking a Community Marketing Specialist that will help oversee local community initiatives, brand partnerships, and on-the-ground execution of events. The Community Marketing specialist will work closely with our Leadership Team to strategize, execute, and evolve marketing initiatives, supporting the brand vision and market growth. Our ideal candidate is personable, high-performing, solutions-oriented, and detail-oriented, maintaining Heyday's brand voice and values throughout all campaigns and initiatives. We’re looking for a standout relationship builder and self-starter with a desire to do things differently and collaborate with the intention of evolving strategies when needed.
CONSTRUCTION & FACILITIES MANAGER
The Manager of Construction and Facilities will be responsible for managing in-house and outsourced new store construction and renovation, including project planning, budgeting, bidding and negotiating, scheduling, and execution. For facilities, the role is responsible for building, managing, and deploying resources to ensure our shop’s interiors, mechanical systems, laundry equipment, and spa equipment are preventatively and proactively maintained.
You turn what Heyday does – creating a positive impact in people’s lives through skincare – into visual richness that inspires, delights, emotes, and brings joy. Through a combination of digital design, print/collateral design, in-store visuals, photography and video, you bring the creative expression of the brand alive.
