As the Manager of Retention Marketing you will play an integral role in helping build strategies for retaining clients and helping them build a healthy skincare habit. This role calls for a talented storyteller and data cruncher. You will be responsible for developing a lifecycle marketing strategy and ensuring that all campaigns are built and executed in line with Heyday’s brand ethos.

The Construction and Facilities Director is responsible for managing the built lifecycle of our brick-and-mortar locations, from real estate explorations through new store construction and from opening day through on-going operations.
