Tandem Membership Program SMS Terms & Conditions
As part of the Tandem Membership Program (“Program”), Heyday Wellness LLC (“Heyday”) sends text messages to customers to consult on skincare routines and recommend products.By signing on to the initial wait list, you agree to receive text messaging from Heyday.
Program Description: Without limiting the scope of the Program, users that opt into the Program can expect to receive messages concerning the recommendation and marketing and sale skincare products, including initial onboarding text messages, routine delivery, product recommendation delivery, and if becoming a full-fledged Member, further messages including but not limited to skincare reminders, product delivery follow-up, and occasional targeted content and marketing messaging.
Opting-Out: To discontinue receiving messages (opt-out), send "HELP" to 5177-HEYDAY at any time and reply STOP. We will reply with a one-time opt-out confirmation message, then you will no longer receive messages from us. Any requests may also be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. Customers will be allowed to opt out of this program at any time.
Cost: Standard message and data rates may apply. The Program involves recurring mobile messages, and additional mobile messages may be sent periodically based on your interaction with us.
Delivery: Messages may not be delivered to you if your phone is not in range of a transmission site, or if sufficient network capacity is not available at a particular time. Even within a coverage area, factors beyond the control of your wireless carrier may interfere with message delivery or the order of delivery, including the customer's equipment, terrain, proximity to buildings, foliage, and weather.
