Ageless Total Resurfacing Mask

The Lowdown

A powerful, acid-heavy physical and chemical exfoliant, this mask harnesses the power of salicylic, lactic, and glycolic acid to exfoliate, and stimulate the skin. It gives the skin a wake-up call to plump up fine lines and wrinkles, a helping hand for hyperpigmentation, as it sheds layers, and fights breakouts. A true triple threat.

With a leave-on product that might be on the more active side, work your way up. Read the suggested use times, chat with your Skin Therapist, and also start with shorter leave-on times. You can always work up.

We recommend this for

If you have fine lines and wrinkles you're looking to plump up. If you have thick skin that easily gets congested.

How we use it

Wet hands and massage a thin layer to face for a minute or so, then let sit for 5-10 minutes. This mask lossens the pores before you exfoliate. Remove any excess mask with warm water, followed with a cold splash. Use once a week to start or as directed by your Skin Therapist.

What to expect

You'll experience smoother skin, softer skin over time.

This is amazing, especially for clients who are trying to address pigmentation and looking for better overall texture in their skin. The smell is really delightful. It makes your skin feel baby soft. Using it once or twice a week followed by the Naturopathica Calendula Cream gives you a great at-home treatment. The Calendula allows moisture to really penetrate deep, so it's a great combo.

Back of the Bottle

  • Salicylic Acid

Salicylic Acid, widely referred to as a Beta Hydroxy Acid and considered a drug by the FDA, exfoliates dead skin cells and penetrates into the follicles, seeking out oil (sebum) and decreasing its secretion, making it a common ingredient in acne-fighing formulas. ✋

  • Glycolic Acid

Glycolic acid, derived from sugar cane, is a member of the alpha hydroxy acid (AHA) family. With their exfoliating propterties, AHAs are commonly used to combat rough skin, fine lines, and wrinkles. Glycolic acid has a small molecular structure, making it able to reach the deeper layers of the skin to increase cellular renewal. 👊

  • Witch Hazel

Derived from the leaves of the Hamamelis Virginiana shrub, Witch Hazel extract has been found to have skin-cleansing, toning, anti-irritating, and soothing properties.
