If you weren’t pleased with your service, please reach out to us at hello@heydayskincare.com. We do not refund services, but want you to be 100% satisfied and will do everything we can to remedy this.

Products

When you and your skin are happy, we're happy. For products that are minimally used, we accept exchanges for store credit within 14 days. Unused products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days. Items purchased during a sale or promotional offer will receive store credit for any returns.

Gift Cards

Physical gift cards are like cash. While they never expire, they can’t be replaced if lost or stolen. They also can’t be exchanged for cash unless required by law. Gift cards are final sale.

Cancellation Policy

Canceling More Than 24 Hours From Your Appointment

Need to cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment? No problem! Simply sign into your account and click “cancel,” or call us at the location you're booked at. The phone numbers for every shop are on the Locations page.

Canceling Within 24 Hours

Cancellations within 24 hours have a $25 fee. If you still want to cancel, call us at the location you're booked at so we can let your Skin Therapist know. The phone numbers for every shop are on the Locations page.

Late Policy

We kindly ask that you arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled treatment so that you have time to check in, settle, and start your facial promptly. Arriving past your scheduled start time will result in a shortened treatment. New clients, please arrive 10 minutes early so you can fill out our first-timer form.

Running late? Please give us a heads up by calling the location at which you're booked. Those arriving 10+ minutes after their start time will not be serviced and will incur a $25 fee.

Decency Agreement

As hospitality professionals, we are committed to cultivating a safe and inclusive community for anyone who steps through our doors – clients and team members – and to take action when this ideal fails to be upheld.

By visiting one of our shops, you agree that any instances of discrimination, racism, misogyny, or aggression will not be tolerated and may have consequences, up to being removed from our community.

The purpose of this is to create the healthy boundaries we need to protect decency, to be actively anti-racist, to be open to dialogue in teachable moments, and to be decisive with egregious behavior.

Release of Liability and Waiver

By agreeing to this Release of Liability and Waiver, I am confirming that I recognize that there may be inherent risks associated with receiving treatments. I am responsible for discussing any questions that I may have concerning my own health conditions and updating Heyday as any of the above changes. I hereby release Heyday Wellness LLC and waive any and all claims, liabilities, or damages for personal injuries that I may experience directly or indirectly from receiving treatments.
