To ensure you get the most out of your experience, here are a few guidelines we recommend following in the days leading up to your appointment:
- Skip any heavy exfoliation, peels, or other potentially irritating procedures for a few days beforehand.
- Come before your lash/brow appointment, not after! Recent lash extensions or microbladed eyebrows can be affected by facials.
- Avoid any form of facial hair removal for three days prior to your facial.
Our treatment areas are semi-private with curtains, so you may hear light sounds from nearby facials. We play a curated playlist to set a relaxed, inviting tone (think more chill beats than wind chimes).
Your Esthetician will help you get settled—no robes needed, just remove any layers to get comfortable, and blankets are available if you’d like. Before your facial begins, they’ll review your intake form, ask a few clarifying questions, and start with an oil cleanse to remove makeup, sunscreen, and impurities.
From there, your facial is customized step by step. After a skin analysis, your Esthetician may incorporate targeted exfoliation, extractions, massage, or mask therapy—whatever your skin needs most that day. Enhancements can also be added if you’d like to optimize results. Finally, you’ll set the vibe: keep things quiet and relaxing, or opt for a more conversational session to learn about the products and techniques being used.
Both our Elite Laser Facial and Microneedling Facial are powerful 50-minute treatments with minimal sensation that boost collagen and smooth texture for brighter, more clear skin--but they work in very different ways.
Microneedling uses tiny needles to create micro-injuries in the skin, triggering your body’s natural healing response. This kickstarts collagen production and cell turnover—leaving skin smoother, firmer, and more rejuvenated.
Laser energy targets the deeper layers of skin to treat issues like pigmentation, aging, redness and breakouts. It works by gently heating the skin to stimulate repair, eliminate bacteria and breakdown pigment.
